Looking for Call Center Representatives! We are currently hiring fulltime employees Knoxville, TN for a
Sales & Customer Service based call center position. In this role, agents will be taking high volume inbound calls to assist customers with the following:
- Educating new customers about various lines of coverage available
- Offering additional coverages to build a comprehensive plan
- Reviewing eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Helping customers understand billing cycles and collecting payments
- Assist customers with account maintenance

Job Title: Call Center Agent
Start Date: May 27th
Pay Rate: $13-16/hour (Paid Weekly!)
Location: Onsite in Knoxville, TN
Schedule Availability:- Agents must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Schedules will be confirmed during the interview process!
- Some Saturday shifts may be required
Key Competencies:- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, presentation and communication skills
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of Call Center and/or Sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate on-line portals
- Ability to type 25 WPM
