Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and potential clients in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services, listings, and properties to callers

- Listen to clients' needs and concerns and address them appropriately

- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with agents

- Follow up on calls and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, services, and listings to provide accurate information to callers

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high call volumes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus

- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
