Call Center Sales & Service Representative

Advantage Auto Group is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Sales & Service Representatives to help drive appointment setting, customer engagement, and overall dealership success. • Automotive dealership or call center experience preferred but not required.

• Answer incoming sales and service calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, texts, emails, and chat requests.
• Contact customers regarding vehicle inquiries, maintenance reminders, recalls, and special offers.
• Re-engage previous customers and missed opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes within the CRM.
• Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to maximize appointments and customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
