Pay: $17–$20/hour + uncapped commission

Location: In-office – Dacula, GA
Shifts Available: 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend availability required

As a Call Center Sales Representative based in Dacula, GA, you’ll be part of a growing, fast-paced team selling top-tier services — including high-speed internet, wireless plans, home security, and smart home solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about driving results and delivering great customer experiences. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, and your focus will be to:

• Match customers with personalized service bundles

• Close sales through confident, value-driven communication

• Manage and document sales activity through our CRM system

• Overcome objections and answer product questions with ease

• Stay informed on the latest offerings, promotions, and tech updates

Whether you're helping someone switch providers or upselling a bundled package, your ability to guide and persuade will be the key to your success.

What We're Looking For

This isn’t an entry-level position. We're seeking candidates who have already proven themselves in the call center space, specifically in wireless sales. You should have:

• At least 1 year of wireless sales experience in a call center or phone-based environment

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills

• The ability to multitask and manage high call volumes

• A strong drive to meet and exceed personal sales goals

• Familiarity with tech or telecom services is a big plus

• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and/or weekend shifts on-site in Dacula, GA
