Job Description - Call Center Sales Supervisor

OneTouch Direct is a premier contact center provider, committed to elevating customer experiences for our partners and clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, focusing on driving performance and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and develop strategies to enhance team productivity and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Facilitate training sessions to boost the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center supervisory experience in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
