AMHC is actively recruiting Call Specialists for our Call Center in Presque Isle, where you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking critical services. We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and engaging individuals who can manage communication across multiple platforms (phone calls, texts, and chats) for Aroostook, Hancock, and Washington Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all communication and requests via Mobile Crisis Dispatch.
   
• Dispatch the Mobile Crisis Team to respond to critical situations.
   
• Track and monitor emergency evaluations in Aroostook, Hancock, and Washington Counties.
   
• Triaging clients to assess treatment and care needs, assisting with necessary referrals.
   
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned and support our Emergency Services team.
   
• Educate staff and the community about resources, services, and how to access them.

Requirements

•  Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.  
• MHRT-CSP Certification (training will be provided by AMHC upon hire).  
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.  
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
