Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

Onsite Phoenix, AZ 85034

• Pay rate: $19/hr • Work Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST • Work Schedule Start Date: ASAP • Training: Training will be for 5 days from 7:00 AM MST - 3:30 PM MST/9:00 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST. Day 5 will be mock calls.
