Job Description - Call Handler / Customer Service - Work From Home

In this position, you'll utilize your Bilingual Spanish communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service to our diverse patient base. Join us in making a meaningful impact on our patients' experience

Can Work From Home after training- equipment will be provided!

We offer Paid Training.

Training is On-site at our Cedar Bluff location in Knoxville, TN.

(4 weeks 8am - 5pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

This position is primarily responsible for answering patient inquires with exceptional customer service, while maintaining positive patient relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide service to patients in a professional manner.
Provide excellent, concise communication.
Learn and understand ETM software operation.
Learn and understand billing and account operations.
Answers and documents all telephone inquiries.
Research and resolve problems with patients bills.
Updates patients' insurance coverage as needed.
Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements.
Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information.
Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.
Performs other duties and assignments as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
Ability to speak, listen and type simultaneously
Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
