Superba Food + Bread is committed to chef and product-driven food, craft coffee, warm hospitality, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable-forward, and emphasizes clean and healthy techniques combined with years of baking know-how. We are community-oriented and passionate about food, hospitality, and providing memorable experiences for our guests.  

We are looking for Hosts and Service Team Members (Counter Servers) to join our team!  The right candidate will be eager to provide a great experience for our guests, organized, consistent and approachable. 

We're conducting in person interviews at the following times:

Mon, 4/28 : 2pm-4pm

Tues, 4/29 : 2pm-4pm

Wed, 4/30 : 2pm-4pm

Thurs, 5/1 : 2pm-4pm

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment 
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience  
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette 
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator 
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes 
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules) 
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
