Who We’re Interested in Meeting

We welcome service professionals and candidates with transferable hands-on, customer-facing, technical, engineering, or industrial experience. Strong potential candidates demonstrate integrity, safety awareness, customer service, teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and the ability to troubleshoot and build trusted relationships. Depending on the opportunity, relevant experience, technical knowledge, industry familiarity, education, certifications, or demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude may be considered.
