Camp Boss

For one of our clients we're looking for
a Camp
Boss. As Camp Boss you are responsible for the daily management and
organization of the camp, including staff scheduling and supervision of the
kitchen and housekeeping teams. They ensure all facilities operate smoothly,
meals are delivered efficiently, and camp residents or workers have a safe and
comfortable environment.

What will you be doing

The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all camp operations and daily activities to ensure the camp runs efficiently and smoothly. This includes supervising and managing kitchen, housekeeping, and support staff, ensuring that duties are properly assigned and standards of service are maintained at all times. The Camp Boss monitors staff performance, provides guidance where needed, and ensures a positive and productive working environment.

Additionally, the Camp Boss manages inventory control and the procurement of food, beverages, equipment, and other camp supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while maintaining cost efficiency. The role also involves enforcing strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that accommodation, catering, and common areas meet required standards. Furthermore, the Camp Boss serves as the main point of contact on -site, addressing operational issues promptly and ensuring the overall well -being and satisfaction of camp residents and staff.
