The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The hiring range for this position is $70,000.00 - $76,000.00/year, based on experience and education.

The Denver Clerk & Recorder’s office is located at 200 W. 14th Ave., immediately south of the City & County Building. Office hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dependent on business needs, some roles have remote work and flexible schedule options with manager approval.
The Denver Clerk and Recorder is looking for a Campaign Finance and Lobbying Specialist.
This role supports the administration and operation of Denver’s campaign finance and lobbying disclosure programs. This position plays a lead role in compliance review, program operations, and providing technical support and training to municipal candidates and lobbyists. The Specialist has a particular focus on Denver’s public campaign finance program, the Fair Elections Fund.
This role includes both public-facing and internally focused aspects, including providing technical guidance and training to filers while supporting audits, program implementation, and a culture of continuous improvement. The position also supports lobbying disclosure operations and assists with implementing program changes resulting from new legislation or rule updates.
