Campaign Manager — Digital Advertising (German + English) — Sofia, Bulgaria

We're looking for a sharp, client-focused Campaign Manager fluent in German and English to join an on-site digital advertising team in Sofia. You'll be supporting advertisers with data-driven campaign insights and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage digital advertising accounts and campaigns for German-speaking clients

- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable recommendations

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met

- Handle client communications with professionalism and clarity

- Work Monday–Friday between 09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00

- Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform developments

What We're Looking For:

- German at close-to-native level (mandatory); English at B2 or above

- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or ad tech preferred

- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making

- Client-facing communication skills — clear, confident, and structured

- Open to both local candidates and internationally relocating professionals

- Comfortable in an on-site, collaborative office environment
