Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership in daily campus operations, promoting a student-centered learning environment. 
  • Maintain safe, compliant, and ready labs and facilities to support program delivery.
  • Lead campus goal-setting 
  • Uphold institutional policies and regulatory requirements across the campus, including readiness for audits and state board visits, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and integrity.
  • Manage class schedules and faculty assignments to ensure effective instruction and student success.
  • Oversee instructional staff performance through regular coaching and the completion of annual performance evaluations, ensuring accountability, growth, and alignment with campus goals and instructional standards. 
  • Maintain accurate student, campus, and facility records. 
  • Promote campus programs through community outreach, partnership development, and strategic engagement to support enrollment growth and strengthen regional impact.
  • Model exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, responsiveness, and a standard of excellence throughout the campus.
  • Leverage a background in healthcare to foster student success in the field of allied healthcare: Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assisting, EKG Technician, and more.

Requirements

The Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 
  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.

We prefer you also bring:

  • At least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role
  • Experience in office administration 
  • Experience in teaching or training
