Position Overview:

The Campus Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of campus operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who will enhance student experience, uphold academic standards, and drive the overall success of the campus through innovative strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a diverse team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, financial objectives, and institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily campus functions to achieve excellent student outcomes and business goals.

• Foster a positive and collaborative campus culture focused on student and staff success.

• Monitor campus performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

• Manage budget and payroll, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

• Ensure compliance with NACCAS, state, and federal regulations.

• Build relationships with the local community and industry partners to enhance the university's reputation.

• Lead and develop campus staff, facilitating professional growth and performance management.

• Organize and coordinate student events to enhance their education and experience.

• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of campus operations and student performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.

• Financial acumen with experience in budget management.

• Proficient in computer applications and data management.
