Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking a Campus President for a Campus in Glendale, Az.
This position is for a very reputable for-profit school.
Must have experience in a for-profit school system for this position.

The Campus President is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and success of the campus, ensuring academic excellence, student satisfaction, and business growth. This role involves managing staff, faculty, and student services, while driving compliance, financial performance, and strategic initiatives to align with institutional goals.
The Campus President will develop strong industry partnerships, oversee enrollment strategies, and ensure the campus meets accreditation and regulatory requirements. This position reports to corporate leadership and plays a critical role in shaping the school's reputation and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations
Provide visionary leadership to faculty and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Ensure campus operations align with corporate goals, including enrollment, financials, and student outcomes.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Academic & Student Success
Work with academic teams to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
Drive initiatives to improve student retention, graduation rates, and job placement outcomes.
Develop strategies for student support services, ensuring a positive campus experience.
Business Development & Growth
Lead enrollment growth strategies, collaborating with marketing and admissions teams.
Build partnerships with employers, trade organizations, and community leaders to enhance job placement opportunities.
Maintain financial oversight, ensuring the campus meets revenue and budget targets.
Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including state licensing agencies and accreditation standards.
Prepare reporting and documentation for accreditation and operational audits.
Implement policies that align with industry best practices and corporate governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education, Business, Leadership, or a related field.
Verifiable experience in higher education, trade schools, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in budget management, financial planning, and strategic growth.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong industry partnerships and promote student success initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Campus President, Director, or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of trade school programs, workforce training, and employer partnerships.
Familiarity with student retention strategies and enrollment management.
