We’re looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the unique opportunity to help shape Oxford’s early talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and developing the next generation of top performers.
About the Role:
As a Campus Recruiter at Oxford, you’ll lead the charge in building strong partnerships with universities and creating a positive, engaging candidate experience for early career professionals. You’ll also work closely with our Learning & Development team to support the execution of our internship and early career programs, helping new talent launch successful careers at Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with several years of on campus recruiting experience who is passionate about building relationships, promoting career growth, and delivering impactful programming.
Responsibilities:
Campus & Early Talent Recruitment:
Build and maintain strong relationships with target schools, career centers, and student groups.
Represent Oxford at campus events, including career fairs, networking nights, information sessions and interview days.
Track and report on key hiring metrics and support continuous improvement of our early talent pipeline.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for key positions ranging from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives.
Internship & Program Support:
Collaborate with the L&D team to execute internship and early career programs, including orientation, onboarding, performance feedback, and conversion planning.
Support the L&D team in collecting and analyzing program feedback to enhance future offerings and support long-term talent development.
Contribute to the intern-to-full-time conversion strategy by aligning university relations and development efforts.
Support the continuous improvement of early career development programs by collecting feedback and contributing ideas.
Qualifications/What you Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum two years of recruiting experience, to include one year on campus recruiting experience required
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups and engaging with diverse audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills
Enthusiasm for learning, development, and early career growth
Fluency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
Willingness to travel to campus events; local travel up to 100% during peak recruiting times
Must be able to work onsite, either in the office or on campus
Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
