Position Overview

We are seeking a seeking a talented and experienced Campus Recruiting, Early in Career / Internships program manager to lead the development of our early stage (the program is in its third year) company-wide Campus Recruiting and Internship program for North America.  This is an exciting opportunity for a creative "builder leader" with a fast track to increasing leadership opportunities. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager for all early in career recruiting efforts as well as the design and delivery of our Summer Internship program
• Manage relationships with campuses and related organizations to build brand awareness and talent pipelines
• Build annual early in career recruiting and intern recruiting calendar and attend various recruiting events (seasonal travel in the fall - mostly in the eastern half of the United States)
• Foster strong relationships and maintain frequent contact with potential candidates
• Track all relevant metrics and produce reports on a bi-weekly basis to drive informed decisions
• Deliver reports and presentations to senior leaders and key stakeholders as well as new hires and interns throughout the internship program
• Serve as our national champion for early in career recruiting and keep the organization up to date on all relevant early in career recruiting and workplace trends through research and development of external network

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree with 3-5 years of campus / early in career / intern recruiting or human resources project management experience (campus recruiting and internship program management experience in a corporate or professional services organization - i.e., "Big 4" public accounting firms or with an top insurance brokerage a definite plus)
• Ability to develop relationships with professionals at all levels and work collaboratively across teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client focus and influencing ability
• Highly organized and results driven with excellent attention to detail
• Experience tracking and reporting on all relevant campus recruiting and early in career metrics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex time-sensitive projects & processes
• Excellent time management and organization skills
