Campus Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)

This contractor role will support our campus recruitment strategy through end of year. As a campus Recruitment Coordinator you will work closely with the Campus Recruitment team to provide a good candidate experience and maintain operational excellence.

What you’ll do

As Campus Recruitment Coordinator, your key responsibilities include: 

• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records


• Coordinate the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending technical assessments, and facilitating candidate communications


• Oversee logistics for final-round onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers


• Coordinate and execute campus recruiting events, including sell events and interview days


• Support the recruiting team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools


• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities


• Currently located or willing to relocate to Austin, TX for on-site work


• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
