Job Description: PM Campus Supervisor

Reports To: Residential Director

The PM Campus Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing Center Street Campus, staff and students during the afternoon shifts and weekends. They train and assign staff to duties, issues and tasks daily as well as addressing students' needs as needed. Assists Residential Director with residential training and staff development. Assists Admissions team with parent and education consultant tours. Works as a team with the Nursing department, Kitchen Director, Athletics department and RT department to ensure campus needs are addressed.

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Supervises and train the staff & supervise students 
• Maintains a heart at peace with students and staff, creating a positive experience for both 
• Protects against and ensures there is no turf-guarding between departments 
• Trains PM Supervisors to help things to go right and ensures proper training of mentors 
• Disciplines staff as necessary 
• System review and development 
• Help coordinate logistics for athletic, RT, and residential activities ensuring the Staff to student Ratio is in place.   
• Checks in with each team before shift starts to assess any needs 
• Assists in tours (parent & ed consultant) 
• Attends all lead meetings and CS Meetings 
• Checks with nurse before bed time to make sure meds have been passed
• Ensure that Policies and procedures are followed 
• Returns and reports on assignments given
