We are currently searching for a Camunda Architect:
Responsibilities:
Define and lead application architecture and high-level design across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Interface with key stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, and aligning solutions with business goals.
Guide development teams technically and act as the liaison between client and offshore teams.
Manage Camunda infrastructure, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with technical teams to scale Camunda and address performance bottlenecks.
Implement best practices to ensure high availability, security, and compliance of Camunda BPM platform.
Stay current with system updates and security patches.
Support configuration of application servers such as WebLogic and WebSphere.
Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, face-to-face).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 6 years of experience with IBM BPM.
Minimum 6 years of experience with Camunda BPM.
Strong expertise in Java and related technologies.
Proficiency with JSON, XML, XSL, and XML parsers.
Database experience with Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Experience configuring WebLogic or WebSphere application servers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage architectural responsibilities for large-scale systems.
Fluent in Spanish for customer communication.
Desired:
Ability to travel as required by the role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Languages:
Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
