The Product Manager for the 3-Phase Transformer product line is responsible for leading strategy, marketing plans, and growth initiatives for the C&I, Renewable, and Data Center segments. This role drives new product development and customer value propositions to enhance sales and profitability while managing Voice of Customer (VOC) collection to inform product innovation. It oversees marketing activities and documentation for Pro-Launch projects and works closely with engineering, other product managers, and innovation teams to deliver custom solutions and engineer-to-order offerings. The position requires deep knowledge of C&I customers, sales channels, and the dynamics of selling power distribution equipment, combined with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. In this role you will: Partner with product line and sales managers to achieve annual financial goals, including orders, sales, margin, and new product vitality. Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) process for C&I segment and translate insights into new product development and roadmap alignment. Manage marketing responsibilities for Pro-Launch projects and execute product launches. Develop and implement annual marketing plans, sales tools, and collateral; support trade shows and division-wide programs. Contribute to strategic planning for the 3Ph Transformers product line. Perform competitive analysis and provide market intelligence, forecasts, and updates. Prepare presentations and reports for reviews, meetings, and planning sessions; support PLM as needed. Deliver product training and develop training materials for customers and sales channels. Travel as required for VOC collection and business development activities. Development of sound lines of communication with management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering. Three (3) years of business, marketing, or sales experience. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that live outside a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering. Five (5) years of field sales experience, product line marketing experience, or combination of both. Two (2) years of experience in business development or strategic planning. Knowledge of electrical systems applications, equipment and standards.
