Mobius Crew Member
Pay: $18.66/hr
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12 hour shifts.

This role involves operating and maintaining the Mobius trimmer to process cannabis flowers. The operator ensures high-quality trimming, manages machine performance, and adheres to cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate the Mobius trimmer for efficient and quality flower trimming.

• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings as needed.

• Inspect trimmed flowers for quality and remove excess material.

• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.

• Record production data and collaborate with the harvesting team.

• Assist with machine maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years old.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with trimming or industrial machinery, especially Mobius trimmers, preferred.

• Attention to detail and basic mechanical skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs.

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to focus on precise tasks.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to noise, dust, and plant material in a clean, safety-conscious production environment.

Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working in a fast-paced, quality-driven cannabis production setting.
