We are a dynamic and fast-paced company in the Portland area, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our packaging department! If you’re someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, has a strong sense of urgency, and is eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Full-time positions are available for those ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work!
What You'll Be Doing:

Communicate effectively with your supervisor to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all equipment used
Pack and tube products with care and attention to detail
Fold products and ensure proper weight within required parameters
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Label boxes and baggies
Achieve production goals and help maintain efficiency

Safety is Our Priority:

Follow all safety policies and procedures
Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Quick learners with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent attention to detail and good observation skills
Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move around the facility regularly
Strong communication skills and reliability
Must be 21+ years of age
Must pass a background check
OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (preferred, but not required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
