We are seeking a highly motivated Canvassing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead canvassing efforts, engage potential clients, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales team. What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and inspire canvassing teams to generate leads and increase awareness of our services
- Develop and execute canvassing strategies to engage potential clients and maximize outreach
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for canvassing and effective communication
- Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to meet goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and a strong customer experience
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and storm recovery initiatives, promoting our mission and services
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or community outreach, with a history of achieving goals
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with a wide range of people
- High level of integrity and commitment to Ascension Roofing’s values
- Familiarity with roofing services or products is a plus, but not required
- Comfort working outdoors and in various weather conditions
