What The Position is About:

• Lead and manage the canvassing team (3 team leads)
• Hire, train, and develop the canvassing team
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
• Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing team
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Multi-location canvassing leadership experience within the home improvement industry
• Experience managing a team of 10-15+ is ideal
• Canvassing leadership and development experience
