Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a Canvass Team Lead to drive field marketing efforts for restoration roofing insurance claims. This role is vital in managing a team of Canvassers to generate qualified leads for insurance-based roofing projects. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership Lead, manage, and train a team of Canvassers to meet lead generation goals
• Field Training Conduct in-field coaching to improve team performance and maximize lead conversions
• Lead Generation Actively canvass neighborhoods to educate homeowners about storm damage, insurance claims, and roof restoration services
• Performance Tracking Monitor team performance, track leads, and implement strategies to enhance productivity
• Customer Engagement Serve as the face of Lifetime Roof & Solar, educating homeowners on insurance-based roof restoration services
• Professional Representation Maintain a professional and positive image while engaging with potential customers
• Compliance & Reporting Ensure all leads are documented in CRM systems and follow company reporting procedures

Qualifications

• Experience Minimum 1 year of canvassing experience (roofing or insurance restoration experience preferred)
• Leadership Skills Ability to motivate, coach, and drive team performance
• Technology Proficiency Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and Outlook
• Reliable Transportation Must have own vehicle or ability to drive a company-provided vehicle
• Flexibility Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Interpersonal Skills Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage potential customers and manage teams effectively

Physical Requirements

• Outdoor Work Ability to work in a variety of environments including outdoors, indoors, and large crowds
• Standing & Walking Must be able to stand and walk for 6+ hours a day
• Lifting & Setup Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs for event setups, tents, and displays
