Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Roofing Canvassers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, introduce our roofing services, and set appointments for our sales team. No roofing experience is required—just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass targeted residential areas to generate leads.
Engage homeowners in conversation to assess interest in roofing inspections or services.
Educate potential customers about the benefits of working with our company.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct inspections and consultations.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up on potential leads.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and confidence speaking to strangers.
Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
Available Schedules:
Monday-Friday between 6 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 7 pm
Friday-Tuesday (Sat & Sun hours are 9 am to 5pm)
