We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Canton, OH, and surrounding cities including Akron, Massilon, and Wadsworth.

What You'll Do:
- Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
- Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
- Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
- Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people
Standard Work Schedule:
- Must be available to work Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- NOTE: This work schedule may change periodically depending on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.

$16.50 - $16.50 an hour
In addition to the pay rate of $16.50 per hour, you can also earn:
* Uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses based on job performance.
* An extra 1% bonus on all sales you help generate.
