About the Role:

Join HomeSmiles as a Canvasser and be the face of our community outreach efforts! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to engage with potential customers, promote our services, and help us spread smiles across the city.

We Offer:

Compensation Structure:
- Competitive pay with a base pay + commission per sale.
- The average pay is up to $400 per day.

- Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job—10% work from home office and 90% in-home appointments.

Sales Support:

- No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We offer paid sales training.

A Day In The Life:

Engage with residents door-to-door to promote HomeSmiles' services.

Educate potential customers about our offerings and answer their questions.

Collect feedback and gather information to improve our outreach strategies.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up opportunities.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve outreach goals.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Represent HomeSmiles professionally and positively in the community.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.

Requirements

Ability to build rapport and engage in door-to-door sales.

Open to sales training and independence in a role.

We specialize in preventative maintenance solutions.

Our bundled package options protect clients and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs. HomeSmiles core services are Gutter Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Window Washing, and Power Washing.
