Job Description - Canvassing Manager

Canvassing Manager – Leadership Opportunity
Appleby Systems – York, PA

Appleby Systems is seeking a driven, experienced leader to manage and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a hands-on management role with opportunities for career growth, performance bonuses, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers
Drive team performance and meet daily goals
Work in the field alongside the team (11am–6pm, afternoons & weekends)
Monitor results and report on team progress
Recruit and onboard new team members

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous canvassing or sales experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
