Canvassing Manager – Leadership Opportunity
Appleby Systems – York, PA

Appleby Systems is seeking a driven, experienced leader to manage and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a hands-on management role with opportunities for career growth, performance bonuses, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers
  • Drive team performance and meet daily goals
  • Work in the field alongside the team (11am–6pm, afternoons & weekends)
  • Monitor results and report on team progress
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Previous canvassing or sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
