Canvassing Manager

Northline Roofing is on the hunt for a high-energy, lead-by-example Canvassing Manager to build, train, and lead a team of door-to-door rockstars. This is not your average desk job — this is boots on the ground, front-line leadership for a company that’s scaling fast and doing things differently.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our field marketing efforts, responsible for driving qualified roofing leads through face-to-face neighborhood outreach. If you’re a motivator, coach, and competitor who can lead from the front and loves building teams that win — this is your shot.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers


• Knock doors daily alongside your team to set the tone


• Drive lead volume by hitting neighborhoods and generating inspection appointments


• Track performance using our CRM and create weekly reports


• Motivate the team with contests, spiffs, and real-time coaching


• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on goals and target zones


• Represent Northline with professionalism, energy, and purpose

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or managing a field team


• Proven leadership skills — you know how to rally people


• High energy, resilient, and coachable


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Strong sense of accountability (you don’t make excuses)


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
