• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic canvassing plans to meet and exceed company goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize team success.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to motivate and enhance team performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to promote our construction services.
