We are looking for a motivated, experienced Canvassing Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our door-to-door sales team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—both in the lives of homeowners recovering from storm damage and in the careers of your team members.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of canvassers, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement
- Train and mentor team members on effective door-to-door sales techniques
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive motivation to achieve success
- Engage with potential customers directly, educating them on storm damage and roofing solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and strong customer relationships
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in sales or canvassing, with a strong record of achieving targets
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with homeowners and train staff
- High level of integrity and commitment to company values
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping others
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and door-to-door sales
- Familiarity with roofing services and storm restoration is a plus
