Role Overview
As a Canvassing Sales Team member, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, engaging with homeowners and businesses, generating leads, and educating them on storm damage and roofing solutions. Your efforts will directly support our sales team and help restore communities affected by storm damage.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with homeowners and businesses to educate them on storm damage and roofing solutions
- Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach
- Secure appointments for the sales team and help guide the customer journey
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Canvassing Manager and sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and storm recovery initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or canvassing with a passion for community outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with homeowners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- High level of integrity and commitment to company values
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with roofing services is a plus
