Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement or related Industry.
