Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute carrier sales strategies to consistently exceed 10 loads per business day, driving revenue growth.

· Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers to manage transportation costs effectively.

· Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, and relevant software to optimize carrier selection and booking.

· Monitor carrier performance and enforce service level agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

· Address and resolve carrier-related issues including delays, damaged goods, and pricing disputes promptly.

· Collaborate with internal teams to enhance logistics operations, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and improve efficiency.

· Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with carriers to support mutual success and high service standards.

· Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional duties as necessary.

· Prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and targets.

· Maintain a proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
