Yolo County Children's Alliance (YCCA) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative CAPC Coordinator & Community Partnerships professional to help strengthen partnerships and advance initiatives that improve outcomes for children and families throughout Yolo County.
In this role, you'll serve as a key connector between families, community organizations, public agencies, healthcare providers, schools, funders, and other partners. You'll bring people together around shared goals, elevate community and family voices, and help turn collaborative ideas into meaningful action.
The position focuses on family well-being, child abuse prevention, early childhood development, health equity, community engagement, and systems improvement.
You may be a great fit if you bring:
Experience with collective impact, systems change, advocacy, child abuse prevention, family strengthening, early childhood systems, grant-funded programs, or community organizing is a plus. This position requires regular travel throughout Yolo County and occasional evening or weekend meetings and community events. Candidates must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
