Job Description - Capital Equipment Territory Manager South Floirda


  • Territory:  Sarasota to West Palm Beach South

  • Job Duties: Develops a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of current sales revenue, market share, competitive activity, and opportunity.

  • Drive sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos and escalating as appropriate.

  • Call Points: VAC, Materials Management, C suite, Physicians, and department managers, OR, Cardiovascular, GI, Pulmonary, Pain, 

  • Base: $98-117k base, $95k variable commission paid out monthly (uncapped), OTE $195k+

  • Benefits: Medical/Dental, 401k match, company car, electronics provided

  • Criteria: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years hospital, capital sales experience, documented sales success, awards, and accolades.  Go getter, hungry, polished, strategic thinker and clean driving history.
