  • Manage relationships with banking partners, lenders, and external advisors
  • Own and manage the company’s Rating Agency relationships, including preparation of materials, ongoing communication, and support for annual reviews and surveillance
  • Monitor and oversee covenant compliance, reporting, and certification requirements across debt agreements
  • Support evaluation and execution of capital structure changes, including amendments and refinancing activities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance free cash flow models to support capital allocation decisions, leverage analysis, and scenario planning
  • Support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital analysis
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams on the credit and financial implications of strategic initiatives
  • Support interest rate risk management activities and related controls
  • Contribute to shareholder-value initiatives, including leverage targets and capital allocation analysis
  • Support financial close activities, lender reporting, and audit-related requests
  • Collaborate across Treasury and Finance on additional initiatives as assigned

Experience & Qualifications – What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Leveraged Finance
  • Hands-on experience managing existing debt structures, particularly secured and covenant-intensive facilities
  • Prior exposure to a high-yield or leveraged credit environment is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of capital structures, credit agreements, and covenant mechanics
  • Experience reviewing and working with legal and financing documentation
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and writing skills
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior leadership, lenders, and rating agencies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Other Attributes

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and sound in judgment
  • Comfortable operating in a covenant-driven, post‑spin environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
