We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Capital Markets professional to develop and grow a team within a dynamic fintech company. The Capital Markets Manager will oversee operations, reporting, monitoring, and forecasting across the Company’s funding partners.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the capital markets function and the desire to build and innovate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a Hybrid role in Chicago, IL.
You Will:
- Operations - Manage and improve daily, weekly, and monthly financing activities
- Reporting - Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external partners
- Forecasting and Modelling - Build financial models to forecast performance and evaluate opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with other groups across the Company to drive strategic growth
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or STEM
- 4-8 years of experience working with asset-backed credit facilities or securitizations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Attention to detail, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and a commitment to delivering results

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. These rewards are allocated based on level, impact and performance in the role
