Job Description - Captain - 20m - Private

TEAM position: Seeking an experienced Captain + Stew for a 20-meter M/Y. Must have extensive experience with navigating through South Florida, Caribbean, New England, and the Bahama’s. Ideal candidates will possess the following personal attributes: charismatic with a good sense of humor but also knows when to switch it off and be professional, people oriented, the ability to actively engage, a forward thinker. The ideal candidate will also possess a pleasant and outgoing personality, a strong hospitality mentality, and will instill a culture of excellence and service onboard.

Summer 2025: New England, Winter 2025: South Florida and Bahamas

Berthing arrangement: marina

Start Date: by end of August

Compensation Package: Above Industry Standard (negotiable for the right candidate)

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Multi-faceted and adaptable professional

• Must have exceptional ship handling skills and navigational knowledge, extensive experience cruising South Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, and New England

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional presentation

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Master 200

• STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD

• ENG1medical certificate

• Advanced Firefighting

• Seafarers Medical Certificate

• NEcessary visa to work in the US

• Non-Smokers/No Visible Tattoos
