Job Description - Car Rental Agent

Are you a people person with a knack for delivering exceptional service? Join our vibrant team at Avis Car Rental, a premier car rental company, as a Car Rental Agent! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping customers find their perfect ride, we want to hear from you!

**Your Role:**

- **Customer Champion:** Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, ensuring a seamless rental experience.

- **Sales Savvy:** Promote our services and upsell additional products, maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

- **Problem Solver:** Handle inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves happy.

- **Team Collaborator:** Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

What We Offer:

-Commission on all upsells. This could double or triple your salary depending on how well you do

- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses/commission

- Friday and 1:30pm until 9:30pm, Saturday 10am until 6pm, Sunday 10am until 6pm, Monday and Tuesday 130pm until 9:30pm. Wednesdays and Thursdays off

**What You Bring:**

- A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.

- A proactive approach to customer service and sales.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our rental software.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus!
