Job Description - Car Rental Operation Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage rental inventory and ensure availability for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on rental products and services
- Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with customers
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote rental services
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly



Skills
- Sales management experience
- Proficiency in retail sales practices
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous

Compensation: $43,000.00 per year
