About the Role

We are hiring Italian-speaking Car Rental Reservations Agents to support customers with vehicle rental bookings and related inquiries. The role combines customer service and sales-oriented tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to car rental reservations

• Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and pricing information

• Promote additional products and services when relevant

• Deliver professional customer support in Italian and English

• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and KPIs

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian language (spoken and written)

• Good command of English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday

• Previous contact centre, reservations, or sales experience is an advantage

Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates

• Month 1: €5.60 per hour

• Month 2: €8.10 per hour

• After Probation: €8.50 per hour

• After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)

• After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)
