Glow Express Car Wash is changing the car wash experience across Central New Jersey, with locations in Edison, Old Bridge, and Long Branch  and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for motivated Car Wash Associates who bring great energy, strong work ethic, and a team first attitude to help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be an essential part of daily operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Safely guiding vehicles through the wash process
• Promoting and selling unlimited wash memberships
• Earning uncapped commissions through membership sales
• Maintaining cleanliness of the site, tunnel, and equipment
• Assisting with basic preventative maintenance
• Working collaboratively in a fast paced team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Resume required for consideration
