Car Wash Attendant

Summary: The Attendant greets customers who arrive at the car wash. Cleans work area, refills, organizes and maintains a customer friendly environment. This job is low-key, and has the ability to have a flexible and adaptive schedule.

Car wash is open Daily from 7am to 9pm.  

This position does NOT wash cars, the Car Wash is completely automated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.


• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility including inside, outside, and car wash when needed.


• Always ensure cleanliness of property.


• Connect new wash chemical solution.


• Pressure-wash car wash bay.


• Empty vacuum cannisters and unit trash.


• Ensure task list is complete for each shift worked.


• Assist guests and handle questions when system kiosk or units have errors.


• Guide cars into car wash and use hand gestures.


• Report Car Wash issues to supervisor.


• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

• Middle School level English speaking and writing.


• Middle School level math.


• Customer service skills both verbal and written.


• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units on measure.


• Ability to troubleshoot problems.


• Reliable transportation.


• Reliable attendance.
