Job Overview

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our management team. There are multiple positions available, including: Assitant General Manager and Supervisor. These positions are responsible for helping lead daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting team members throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can stay organized, motivate employees, solve problems quickly, and create a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  Supervise employees during daily shifts

  Ensure excellent customer service at all times

  Help train and coach team members

  Monitor wash quality and make sure vehicles are cleaned properly

  Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

  Open and close the business when needed

  Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean and organized

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor chemical levels, supplies, and inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure employees are following company procedures and safety guidelines

  Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Help drive sales of memberships and wash upgrades

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with management about any issues or concerns

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  Reliable, dependable, and punctual

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable leading a team and holding employees accountable

  Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions

  Flexible schedule, including weekends

  Car wash or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
