Position Overview: 
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality 

• Hire, train, and lead a team of attendants and shift leaders 

• Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance 

• Manage inventory and chemical supplies 

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols 

• Drive membership sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction initiatives 

• Analyze site performance and report to upper management 

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (car wash or retail preferred) 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 

• Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude 

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems 

• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
