Car Wash Manager

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Manager to join our growing team in the Car Wash.  The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the Car Wash booth and tunnel as well as the staff during each shift.

Schedule/Pay

• Open availability to work days, nights and weekends


• Pay range is $20-$24/hour based on managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Team Members are in the right place at the right time during each scheduled shift.


• Move staff around to various positions as needed to ensure smooth operation of the Car Wash.


• Walk up and down the car wash track to ensure the processes are being followed by all Team Members.


• Monitor loading and unloading speeds to maintain high volume and safety.


• Assist the Car Wash Manager with scheduling and training employees.


• Build a team atmosphere with high morale.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year management experience preferred but not required


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward


• Strong teamwork skills


• Strong problem solving skills
